S96 pro new. turns on and off. No logo, just a back light to understand it is on

I cant start a new discussion which is why i am posting here. Firstly the professionalism of this site is poor and reflects the state of the s96. all i want is my helmet bluetooth connection to play what ever band i want to hear. unfortunately the s96 says it is playing but it doesn't. paying nearly $400 for phone that cant complete standard smart phone functions is poor. the phone is not fit for purpose and i want a refund.

I agree, the people who run this company do not want to hear problems. I dropped my rugged s96pro and the screen broke. The response was I quote You can pay a screen cost of 27.7 US dollars and a logistics cost of 13 US dollars, together with 40.7 US dollars, we provide you with screen accessories support. Where did the numbers come from, just made up. I do not think they use strengthened glass, they certainly do not use gorilla glass.

Hello. Sorry for replying here, I'm unable to start a new thread.

I also have a new S96 Pro but my problem is Intermittent GSM network connectivity and losing mobile signal.

I installed two SIM cards and a micro SD card and the phone keeps on disabling the SIM cards while saying "SIM card changed." This is causing severe delays in sending and receiving text messages, which severely limits my ability to make online transactions as one time pins are sent through SMS.

What could be the issue?

Alya hola buenas vengo a pedir ayuda hace un tiempo compre un doogee s96 Pro en aliexpress y lo tuve en mis manos el 04-08-21 osea ayer y resulta que lo tuve funcionando dos horas y de la nada se apago y desde ese momento no enciende y cuando le conecto el cargador usb y el cargador inalámbrico se prende un led rojo pero no prende que debo hacer?

Hello good I came to ask for help a while ago I bought a doogee s96 Pro in aliexpress and I had it in my hands on 08-04-21 yesterday and it turns out that I had it running for two hours and out of nowhere it turned off and from that moment it does not turn on and when I connect the usb charger and the wireless charger a red led turns on but it does not turn on, what should I do? The cell phone has not gotten wet and it has not been dropped, it is completely new. I need a solution because nothing works.

Oh god how i regret bying Doogee 96 pro phone. And like others I can't start new thread/discussion. Phone keeps restarting itself without reason. Most of the apps like whatsapp, chrome keeps crashing all the time. I counted 27 restarts within 2 hours on the first day. Latest firmware and patches installed.

How the hell it is legal to sell this junk? Im currently trying to return it to sender and get my money back. Never ever will I touch another Doogee.

Hi, like others I cannot start a new discussion so just have to write a message here. I purchased the DOOGEE CR1 Smart Watch and I linked to my phone using Gloryfit software but it does not show when messages are sent to me on my watch. It just says there are no messages, and I cannot work out how to make it work. Can you help please?

I have bought an s96pro on Banggood but it crashes and turns on and off,i have sent it back for a full refund but after some months it has been sent back to me.
So i have emailed to your support,with photos, IIMEI,they sent me a program that doesn't work to flash the phone.
I just want a new phone that works,as is my right.
