Hello, I have a an issue with the s96Pro where i would not get notifications from my apps at all. In order to see if i have received any text messages i must open the app myself in order to refresh it. Any help fixing this would be really nice. The one other issue i have is that, whenever i connect my phone to my samsung smartwatch i lose the connection in between and then i need to fully reset the watch in order to connect them together, but that solution would be only for around 30 minutes.

Did you check the DuraSpeed settings? Just activate the apps in the list which should be allowed to run in the background - I had a similar problem with notifications until I found this thing which for some odd reason is not in the battery saver settings where it should belong to.

I do have Bluetooth connection problems, too. Very annoying with my smartwatch. A reboot is not necessary - I just have to disable and re-enable Bluetooth. I hope this gets fixed soon.

By the way: What is the actual Firmware of the S96 Pro? My version is from 11/30 2020. No update for half a year now?

I have bought an s96pro on Banggood but it crashes and turns on and off,i have sent it back for a full refund but after some months it has been sent back to me.
So i have emailed to your support,with photos, IIMEI,they sent me a program that doesn't work to flash the phone.
I just want a new phone that works,as is my right.
I am an italian customer.

Prezados estou com o mesmo problema descrito pela Fran6 .Quando faço ou recebo uma chamada de voz, a tela fica totalmente preta, a chamada continua ativa, mas não há possibilidade de ativar a tela para controlar o smartphone ou ativar o viva voz apertar ou botão de encerrar a chamada. which is called "ZN129(S96)". Well, I have the "S96 Pro" and in the "Old"-folder is the exactly same firmware file as my version says.

Because of that "Old" I thought that my firmware could be out of date and there could be a newer version which can't be found by the wireless upgrade. Is my version still the "newest" one for the "S96 Pro"? If yes, when will there be an update? In it's current state many of the system apps are buggy.
