I bought a 59 pro on amazon on 24/4/21 and for the last few days i am not able to access the internet using mobile data . Wifi works fine . I have checked everything and reset settings to default , turn on/off airplane mode . Taken out the sim and put it back in and nothing works . I went as far as to contact my service provider (vodafone) to check everything was fine and it was . When i put the sim in my old phone i get instant access to data . I also have that key ghosting where letters come up doubled at times , first i thought it was my elephant fingers but after reading above i'm guessing it's not.
AidenF mine has the same issue. Can this be resolved?
Hy! I have also purchased this great phone and from the first day of use i'v encountered no issues. No ghost touches either no mobile data problems. Maybe i had luck. Also, the call quaity is AWESOME and the signal reception is unbelieveble. I had a lot of phones from Xiaomi/Samsung/Realme and none of them did not compare with this phone antenna reception. I guess is something wrong with your Apn settings and you should enter it manually. Or your carrier is not supported by this phone.Sorry to see your troubles.

Hy! I just received a firmware update for S59 Pro, released on the 1st of June. It says in the description that fix some minor bugs. It has over 696 mb. Do you advice me to do the update? I dont want to screw up my phone. Can you tell me what bugs it fixing this update?

On my Doogee s59 Pro, the LED notifies whatsapp and other managers. In whatsapp, even the color of the LED is selected in the settings.
In my case th Led does not light on WhatsApp notifications. I dont know what is the issue. It lights when the phone charges.

I recently got the S59 Pro and the call speaker has stopped working. It will work on speaker, but can't hear anything otherwise. I have tried doing a factory reset, still will not work.

Good afternoon, the usb port began to behave strangely on my phone: in one position it charges and connects to the computer, but when turned 180 degrees, it does not. Shashyk I have the same problem with mine. Its very annoying. It is very hard to tranfer files from this phone. I finally succeded when i changed the usb type C cable with one from Xiaomi. My advice..do not use the original cable because is garbdge.
NihilSineDeo I tried different cables. It's not about the cable. There are no problems at all with data transfer.
