I made it. but I think it's absurd that the manufacturing company does not provide support on their products. because the seller theoretically cannot be blamed for a problem with the product you manufacture. here in my country (Brazil) the manufacturer has to guarantee the product. in addition to the seller. imagine that I make a product and tell the customer to turn around, because I don't support a product that I manufacture just because I bought it with another seller, who in theory bought from you, or at least provides a service for you. this is unimaginable here. but knowing this company policy, I will be more careful when buying any product from your country.
